Hello! I'm a Northwestern/Medill alum originally from the Bay Area who likes to report on just about everything. I just finished a gig at TIME magazine, where I wrote web stories about technology, health, entertainment and the viral Internet in addition to contributing to the magazine's culture section.
Previously, I was a contributor at the Chicago alt weekly Newcity, where I wrote a March 2013 cover story, and also a member of the Medill Watchdog investigative reporting initiative at Northwestern University.
Before that, I was an editorial intern at Entertainment Weekly, where I blogged about pop culture daily and assisted editors with fact-checking, research, reporting and running their Tumblr. Now I'm just hanging out on the Internet, flip-flopping between New York and Chicago and spending way too much time at coffee shops (guess where I'm writing this). Check out some of my work below:
